How to Download Backups with BackupMaster for Shopify

Data Accessibility and Extra Protection

While downloading your backups adds an extra layer of protection, you can always access your data directly in the BackupMaster app. Downloading isn't necessary for data access. Learn how to view and access your backed-up data here.

Steps to Download Backups

  1. Open the App:
    • Log in to your Shopify admin, open the BackupMaster app, and click the "Export" button on the dashboard.

    • Click "Export Now."
  3. Send Download Link via Email:
    • Choose "Send download link via email."
    • Click the "Start Export" button.

  5. Download the Archive:
    • You have seven days to download the archive using the link sent via email.
