How does the 7-day trial work?
7-day free trial on every plan. Install, run the first backup, browse the version history, try a restore. If it’s not for you, uninstall and the trial cancels before the first charge.
How am I billed?
Charged through the Shopify App Store, in USD, monthly or annually. Plan changes, cancellations, and most refunds run through your Shopify admin.
What’s your refund window?
7 days from initial purchase, contingent on usage. Subsequent renewals and consumed monthly fees are non-refundable. Edge cases are reviewed individually. Write to us.
When should I move up a tier?
If your store consistently exceeds the order volume of your current plan for three months, we recommend the next tier up. We don’t auto-upgrade. You stay on the tier you picked until you change it.
Do you offer plans for development stores?
