At BackupMaster Technologies Pty Ltd. (ABN 34 695 017 648), a company incorporated in Australia (“BackupMaster”), we want you to be confident in BackupMaster before you pay. This page explains our refund and cancellation approach and should be read together with the BackupMaster Terms of Service, which set out the binding terms.
Where a BackupMaster plan includes a free trial, you are not charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any time before it ends without being charged. The free trial is your opportunity to confirm that BackupMaster meets your needs before any payment is made.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect as described in the Terms of Service.
After the free trial, Subscription Fees are non-refundable and non-creditable, except where required by law. BackupMaster may, in its sole discretion, grant a refund or credit in individual cases — for example, where a customer contacts us with a situation we consider warrants it — but BackupMaster is not obligated to do so, and granting a refund or credit in one case does not create any entitlement to refunds or credits in other cases.
If you would like to request a refund or discuss your situation, please contact us at support@backupmaster.io with your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 7 business days and will review each request fairly.
BackupMaster may update this Refund Policy from time to time, and the current version will be posted on the BackupMaster website. The binding refund and cancellation terms are set out in the BackupMaster Terms of Service.
Thank you for choosing BackupMaster.
