Our pricing plans are designed to meet the specific needs of your store, taking into account both the average number of orders and the variety of features we offer. After installing our backup app for Shopify, you'll receive an analysis of your store's average order volume for the past three months. This information helps you to choose a plan that matches your monthly order quota. To simplify the selection process and avoid errors, plans that exceed your current quota are automatically disabled.

Managing Increases in Monthly Quota

If you opt for a plan with a lower quota and subsequently exceed that quota, we won't automatically change your plan to avoid surprising you with unexpected costs. Instead, we'll monitor your order volume and, if your store exceeds the monthly quota for three consecutive months, we'll gently suggest considering an upgrade. This policy is designed to be fair and considerate, and we hope you find it to be so.
