1. How do I restore individual items?
To restore individual items, follow these steps:
- Open the BackupMaster app and navigate to the "Backup Storage" section.
- Select the category of the item you wish to restore.
- Locate the specific item using the search bar.
- Compare versions and click "Restore to this version."
- Confirm the restoration process when prompted.

2. How do I restore items in bulk?
To restore items in bulk, follow these steps:
- Open the BackupMaster app and navigate to the "Backup Storage" section.
- Click the "Bulk Restore" button.
- Choose the desired restore point by reviewing the backed-up versions.
- Select the item categories to restore.
- Click the "Start Restore" button.

3. Can I clone my Shopify account using your app?

4. What items can be automatically restored in bulk?
BackupMaster can automatically restore the following items in bulk:
- Products
- Custom collections
- Smart collections
- Customers
- Themes
- Files
- Blogs
- Pages
5. Can I restore orders in bulk?
Our development team is working on adding support to restore orders in bulk. However, this feature is still under development due to various limits imposed by Shopify. We cannot provide an ETA at the moment.
6. How do I restore inventory levels?
To restore inventory levels:
- Navigate to the "Backup Storage" section and open the "Inventories" category.
- Choose a location and version.
- Download the CSV file with inventory levels.
- Verify the quantities and upload the file to Shopify using the standard import feature.

7. What items are supported for viewing only?
Any items that are not in the list of what we can restore, such as policies, orders, and shipping zones, can be backed up and viewed in the app but not restored directly due to Shopify API restrictions. You can view these items and restore them manually in your store.
8. Can I restore data to a state before installing the BackupMaster app?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to restore data to a state before installing the BackupMaster app. Our app starts pulling and saving data to our cloud backup storage only after installation. Therefore, only the data backed up after the app's installation can be restored.
9. What should I do if I encounter issues during restoration?
