BackupMaster performs daily automated backups every 24 hours, ensuring your store's data is consistently protected. The backup schedule for your store is presented in the Settings of the app, allowing you to easily check the timing.

Backup Start Time

Backup times are allocated using available time slots.
You can check the allocated backup time in the Settings of the app.
If the allocated time does not meet your needs, please contact our support team at support@backupmaster.io. We will adjust the time to your desired time slot.

Recommendations for Manual Backups

While daily automated backups provide robust protection, we recommend performing manual backups before making major changes to your store. This additional step ensures that you have the most recent version of your data saved before significant updates or modifications.
