How to Assess Your Current Order Volume

To assist you in selecting the appropriate plan, BackupMaster displays the average number of orders above the pricing plans when you install the app. This information helps you understand your Shopify store's order volume and choose the right plan accordingly.

Exceeding Plan Limits and Upgrading Your Plan

If your Shopify store's order volume exceeds the limits of your current plan, you can easily upgrade to a higher plan directly through the BackupMaster app dashboard. We monitor order volumes, and if your store exceeds the plan limits for three consecutive months, we will request you to upgrade your plan. This approach accommodates seasonal spikes and is fair for both our clients and us. For specific cases, we consider them individually and strive to provide the best possible assistance.
