BackupMaster will automatically bill you each month on the plan for which you signed up.
You may upgrade or downgrade in plan level at any time.
To cancel your subscription, uninstall the application from your store. Your subscription will be cancelled automatically when you do that.
At BackupMaster.io, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with our Service. If you have any technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us. However, if you feel the Service are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
You can request a full, no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of date of purchase. We’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve. Please include your store name so we can issue a refund as soon as possible.
Kindly note that we make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But Shopify or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.

You must not interfere or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, including by transmitting any worms, viruses, spyware, malware or any other content of a destructive or disruptive nature. You may not inject content or code or otherwise alter or interfere with the way any BackupMaster.io page is rendered or displayed in a user's browser or device.
You may not upload violent or discriminatory content, or content which is in any way unlawful, infringing, or hateful, to and/or via the Service.
We may, but have no obligation to, remove Content and Accounts containing Content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.

You will respect our proprietary rights in the Website and the software used to provide BackupMaster (proprietary rights include patents, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and copyrights).
