Development

The BackupMaster app can be installed for free by Shopify Partners.

The backup app works with development stores at full capacity.

After the Shopify store begins receiving orders and engaging in commerce, the store owner will need to select a plan to maintain app usage.

To check and manage your subscription, please go to Settings => Upgrade plans on your app’s dashboard.

If I exceed the quota of orders included in my plan, will the data not be backed up?

When you exceed your monthly quota of orders, we kindly ask you to upgrade your plan to avoid service interruptions. You will receive a notification from the app in your email.

For example: if you currently subscribe to the Beginner plan and your store got 150 orders this month, next month after we notify you, you should upgrade your plan to Growth.

To upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan, please go to Settings => Upgrade plans on your app’s dashboard. You can do it any time you need it. Kindly review the Shopify rules regarding recurring subscription upgrades and downgrades by clicking here

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your Support Manager.

How will I be charged?

By subscribing to our app, you approve the automatic recurring charges. We bill through Shopify, and you’ll find your monthly bill on your Shopify Invoice every 30 days (counting from the end date of the trial). There are no additional or hidden charges.

I don't need your app anymore, how to cancel Shopify app subscription?

Just delete the app from your Shopify store, and the subscription will be automatically canceled.
